In partnership with Infinity Systems, Freedom Space, and Zivaro, Omni Federal will lead the way in developing and integrating a groundbreaking Command and Control (C2) Operational System prototype solution under a new and exciting US Space Force Contract on the Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) Other Transaction Authority (OTA).

US Space Force’s Space Systems Command / Space Sensing Directorate (SSC/SN) has a mission critical need to transition existing C2 capabilities and Next Gen assets to an enterprise-wide ground baseline, an approach which will significantly lower Operations & Sustainment (O&S) costs.

In support of SSC/SN’s modernization efforts, known as Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution System (FORGE), Omni Federal and Partners are tasked with designing, developing, and testing an extensible Missile Warning C2 Platform prototype solution capable of supporting emerging C2 technologies and systems as well as core legacy systems without degradation of existing C2 operational capabilities as risk mitigation for follow-on development.

Omni Federal’s team will work collaboratively with SSC/SN to develop and integrate a FORGE Missile Warning C2 Prototype that will lay the foundation for this extensible operational system. Omni Federal will leverage extensive User-Centered Design expertise, existing work on multiple C2 programs, and software factory development experience for the Space Development Agency (SDA), as well as a portfolio of relevant Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) technologies to augment FORGE C2 capabilities and design, build, and integrate an effective and scalable platform solution for SSC/SN.

Our efforts will be further augmented by our teaming partners who have extensive experience owning and operating ground stations and developing innovative satellite technologies (Freedom Space), engineering and integrating space and ground systems as a FORGE incumbent (Infinity Systems), and building and sustaining cloud hosting environments and integrating Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) systems as part of 20+ years of Missile Warning domain experience (Zivaro).
