GAINESVILLE, Va., Nov. 3, 2026 — OMNI and Rackner today announced the formation of a new partnership between OMNI-Rackner LLC, together providing emerging technology solutions to mission critical problems across the U.S. Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC), and National Security agencies. The announcement is the formation of a new Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (MPJV), officially approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

OMNI focuses on providing AI and automation, enterprise cloud and platform solutions, data solutions, digital engineering, user experience, and agile software development capabilities to the Department of War and Intelligence communities. Rackner specializes in DevSecOps, Software Development, Cybersecurity and AI for defense mission software modernization. Together the firms will be specializing in advanced technology and software development creating mission capabilities and fusing innovative technology solutions for the DoW.
