Space Systems Command has awarded OMNI a firm-fixed-price task order valued at $9.48 million to develop and support the Air Force Visibility, Integration, Personnel Execution and Readiness (VIPER) capability.

VIPER serves as an automated front-office capability built to streamline operations for System Delta 89, incorporating modern data infrastructure, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Key Award Highlights

  • Mission Impact: Delivers workflow automation, mission coordination, and operational tracking to enhance unit readiness.
  • Contract Vehicle: Issued under an AFRL SBIR Phase III Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) established in 2024, holding a $99 million ceiling.
  • Period of Performance: Three-year performance period spanning through 2029.

Supporting Space Superiority and System Delta 89

Activated at Los Angeles Air Force Base under the Space Combat Power Program Executive Office, System Delta 89 develops combat, ground, and orbital capabilities to contest and control the space domain. VIPER modernizes tracking, execution, and data aggregation directly for Delta personnel, eliminating manual processes so warfighters can prioritize operational dominance.
