OMNI 17 LLC, a mentor-protege joint venture between OMNI Federal and Bravo 17, has been awarded a 5.5-year contract to provide support for the Theater Blood (TBLD) program on behalf of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS).
