Our process:

Constant customer and industry engagement:  We are always collaborating with our DoW, IC and NATSEC customers and industry partners, identifying their most difficult and most impactful challenges

User-Centered Design (UCD):  We put ourselves into our customers’ shoes, breaking down problems, identifying affected personas, and collaboratively designing potential solutions leveraging cutting edge technology

Rapid iteration:  Our Labs team leverages our suite of start-ahead frameworks, including our Blueprint Infrastructure as code platform and our AI-assisted rapid development tools to rapidly prototype potential solutions and validate them with our customers

Continuous improvement: We are always iterating on our solutions – experimenting with new techniques and tools that improve their effectiveness
